The compact system is 100% compliant with all common pharmacopoeias and is characterized above all by innovative design features and a clear focus on the essentials: Its integrated load cell weighs samples automatically, the Oblong Slider® automatically brings evenly shaped oblongs into perfect alignment and the intuitive touch display allows for storing up to 100 products / methods. Integrated Weight Measurement
The slider technology perfectly aligns evenly shaped oblongs for easy determination of width, length and tablet hardness.
EasyCheck can additionally be equipped with a test memory for up to 1 million test results, an audit trail light function for paperless reporting and a data export function for CSV and XML export.
A neat star-shaped rotary magazine made of stainless steel and aluminium provides 20 test positions for samples and enables full visual inspection of the test processes at any time.
Broad Feature Set
When developing the EasyCheck touch display, we focused on the most important features for the user: Simple and uncomplicated creation, starting and documentation of test methods. The highly intuitive touch display enables simple operation and control of the device's complex functions. Measurements can be started and displayed quickly and easily. For convenient data input (e.g. for creating new products), the device now also offers support for USB keyboards - which makes direct data management on the device much easier.
Test Result Storage
By default, the device stores 100 products/methods and has a product memory that can store up to 1 million test results - allowing results from previous tests to be retrieved at any time.
In addition, extensive integrated calibration functions and the Audit Trail Light feature (logging of What, Who, When) ensure that you always have access to precise test results and extensive documentation of all work steps - maximum ease of use combined with powerful functionality.
