Halbautomatisches Dissolutionsystem mit angeschlossener UV-Vis Messung und Probengewinnung, gesteuert durch Disso.NET
Das ERWEKA Dissolution UV-Vis On-/Offline System ist die perfekte Systemkonfiguration für Spektralphotometer. Mit dem verbundenen PC lässt sich das On-/Offline System angenehm über unsere fortschrittliche Disso.NET Software steuern. Zudem bietet die Software vollständige Kontrolle über alle Komponenten.
Nach Abschluss der Analyse werden die Proben bequem über unseren eigenen Probensammler FRL 6/7/854 gespeichert.
Die ERWEKA Disso.NET Software ist der perfekte 21 CFR Part 11 konforme Begleiter für unsere Dissolutionsysteme. Sie bietet Unterstützung für alle Testmethoden, die mit den ERWEKA DT Dissolutiontestern sowie dem automatisierten RoboDis II+ angewendet werden können.
Disso.NET hilft Ihnen bei üblichen Dissolutiontätigkeiten, kümmert sich um Qualifizierungsaufgaben und erlaubt die Kontrolle über alle einzelnen Funktionen der angebundenen Geräte (z. B. Dissolution Tester, UV-Vis Spektralphotometer oder HPLC Analysegerät). Unser Audit-Trail generiert detaillierte Protokolle aller Ereignisse und Zeiten. Die Software bietet zudem einen einfach zu bedienenden Editor zur komfortablen Programmierung der Dissolutionmethoden (für höchste Wiederholgenauigkeit). Nach dem Abschluss Ihrer Dissolutiontests erzeugt Disso.NET umfangreiche Berichte (als PDF-Dateien) mit Ihrem Firmenlogo und/oder exportiert die Ergebnisse (z. B. im XML-Format).
Disso.Net 4 verfügt über eine Active Directory Anbindung. Diese erlaubt systemübergreifende Login-Daten der Nutzer. Unzählige Passwörter werden damit vermieden und einfache Bedienung wird sichergestellt.

Probensammler FRL 6/7/854
Verschiedene Marken an UV-Vis Analysegeräten erhältlich.
Der DT 950 ist von zentraler Bedeutung für unser UV-Vis On-/Offline System. Er ist 100 % konform zu den USP Methoden 1, 2, 5 und 6 und erlaubt, folglich, vielseitige Dissolutiontests mit unserem System durchzuführen. Außerdem kann er sowohl im High-Head als auch im Low-Head Modus betrieben werden.
Die automatische Probenentnahmestation ASS-9 ist ein Zusatzmodul zum DT 820 und DT 950. Entsprechend den USP Vorschriften zum Probenehmen werden verschiedene Proben automatisch aus den Prüfbehältern entnommen. Über die angeschlossene Pumpe werden die Medien anschließend zum FRL 6/7/854 Probensammler geführt.
Die Peristaltikpumpe IPC 8 bietet eine Genauigkeit von +/- 0,5 ml und wird als Basispumpe mit den ERWEKA Dissolutionsystemen angeboten.
Für unsere On-Offline Systeme bieten wir verschiedene UV-Vis Analysegeräte, die alle vollständig von Disso.NET unterstützt werden.
Der Probensammler FRL 6/7/854 bietet eine platzsparende Stellfläche und kann bis zu 26 Proben pro Vessel präzise abfüllen und speichern. Dank seines außergewöhnlichen Designs lässt sich die Fläche unterhalb des leicht abnehmbaren Glassracks mühelos reinigen.
Disso.NET übernimmt die komplette Steuerung unserer Online Systeme. Die Software bietet ein erweitertes Benutzermanagement, umfangreiche Eigenschaften und vielfältige Datenexportfunktionen.
